By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

1. Preorders

Preorders reserve your copy of the book or digital product. Delivery dates will be announced and may change due to production or distribution timelines.

2. Payment & Processing Fee

All payments are due at the time of preorder. A 4% digital processing fee is added to every transaction to cover secure payment processing and platform costs.

3. Delivery of Physical Products

Physical books will ship upon official release. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier availability. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been fulfilled.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

eBooks and audiobooks will be delivered via BookFunnel. You will receive a BookFunnel email with download instructions when the product is released.

5. Refunds

All preorders are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is canceled or at the sole discretion of The Third Deal Press, LLC.

6. Taxes

Applicable taxes (including Texas sales tax) will be calculated based on billing or shipping address as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content associated with The Third Deal™ is the property of The Third Deal Press, LLC, Ruben Barrera, or Barrera Business Ventures, LLC. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of files is prohibited.
