Refund Policy
Effective Date: December 8, 2025
1. Preorders
All preorders are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the product is canceled by the publisher.
2. Digital Products
Because digital products cannot be returned, all eBook and audiobook sales are final.
3. Physical Products
Refunds may be granted for defects or shipping damage with photo evidence. Replacement is preferred over refund.
4. Processing Fees
Processing fees are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate charge or merchant error.
5. Timeline
Refund decisions and processing may take 7–10 business days.
